Skin care and diet


Think of makeup as bringing out what already exists, highlighting and decorating what is there, so the world can see more clearly what they otherwise might have missed. Before beginning, we have to look at the canvas. In the case of makeup the skin is the canvas and we want our skin to be the best, healthiest possible.

Keep your skin free from dirt and blackheads which can cause breakouts. Keep your skin vibrant through diet and proper care. There are so many products out now that can help you to reach your ideal texture. Organic and natural products are great because it’s simple, the less chemicals and toxins in and on your body the better. The environment a lone has so much toxins which cause damage to your skin. No need to add more.

Your body is your temple and your instrument. Keep it beautiful by keeping fit and taking in healthy, clean foods. Here’s a list of some super-foods, why they are super, and then start eating right!

Almonds –  helps to defend against sun damage because it’s stuffed with vitamin E. It’s also rich in amino acids which boosts muscle growth.

Flaxseeds – erase spots and smooth out fine lines in the skin by offering a load of Omega 3 fatty acids.

Carrots – good for clearing up breakouts from it being packed with vitamin A.

Tomatoes – helps to eliminate skin aging free radicals caused by U.V rays and can decrease the risk of certain diseases since it is packed with the antioxidant lycopene.

Avocados – can help to slim your waist. The unsaturated fat may push levels of hunger-stopping hormones called leptin, so you don’t eat too much.

Flava Beans – helps stop the accumulation of extra belly fat. Not just a lean protein source it contains certain antioxidants.

Sweet potatoes – protects against several diseases, second-hand smoke, and loaded with vitamin C which smooths out wrinkles by stimulating the production of collagen.

Cinnamon – filled with antioxidants that inhibit bacterial growth which may cause bad breath.

Apples – reduces swelling of all kinds

Alaskan king crab – high in protein low in fat. Rich in Zinc, which helps support healthy bone mass and immune function.

Adding veggies with your rice during lunchtime is said to keep you full longer. It is also said to help you eat less during dinner so add any mix of veggies from the list above during lunchtime.
